Service scope

higgs-katana-ai is an independent web product for creating short motion-transfer videos from a reference video and user-provided character or product images. When paid generation is enabled, an authenticated user can submit one 4–15 second reference video, 1–8 reference images, optional instructions, and a choice to preserve the source audio or produce a muted result. The current launch integration is prepared for 480p generation through Higgsfield Genjutsu Motion Transfer; model availability may change before or after launch.

higgs-katana-ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Higgsfield. Higgsfield provides the third-party API service used by the prepared generation integration. AI output may be non-unique, inaccurate, unsuitable, or different from the reference and submitted instructions, so you must review it before publishing or using it commercially.

Credits and purchases

higgs-katana-ai does not provide free generations, free trials, or signup credits. One credit covers up to five billed seconds of input video: 4–5 seconds costs one credit, 6–10 seconds costs two credits, and 11–15 seconds costs three credits. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the applicable paid period; one-time pack credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts except where required by law.

Waffo processes purchases through a Hosted Checkout opened in the current browser tab. Completion of the checkout page or return to higgs-katana-ai is not proof of payment; credits are issued only after the server verifies a signed payment event. Waffo's checkout and payment terms also apply.

Credits are reserved when a valid job is created and are settled only when a finished video is delivered. A known failed generation releases its reservation according to the published billing record. Provider-side or payment-side outcomes that cannot be verified remain pending review rather than being silently retried or granted.

Your content and generated media

We do not claim ownership of the images, videos, audio, or instructions you submit. You are responsible for having all rights, permissions, and documented consent required for names, likenesses, images, voices, trademarks, and other material. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, we do not restrict your commercial use of an output, but we do not promise that an output is original, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

Inputs are kept by higgs-katana-ai for up to 24 hours after a job reaches a terminal state so the job can be delivered, reconciled, or investigated. Finished videos are private to the account, are retained for up to 90 days after processing, and can be deleted from My videos. The Privacy Policy describes separate third-party provider retention and data-use terms.

Acceptable use

The following requests and generated content are prohibited:

• Sexual or NSFW content, including nudity and sexual exploitation.
• Graphic violence, gore, threats, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Hate speech or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors, or other child exploitation.
• Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or unauthorized use of another person's identity or voice.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized copies of protected characters or misleading brand use.

Do not bypass authentication or credit controls, probe private endpoints, abuse provider capacity, or attempt to evade these rules. Use original or properly licensed material and obtain documented consent before submitting an identifiable person's likeness or voice. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher, to use paid generation.

Moderation and enforcement

When generation is enabled, higgs-katana-ai requires a rights-and-consent confirmation, validates submitted media and request limits on the server, honors non-retryable provider safety rejections, delivers results through owner-scoped private routes, and accepts manual reports at the support address below. These controls do not guarantee that every violation will be detected. We may pause generation while safety controls are unavailable or a request is being reviewed.

Violating requests may be refused. After investigating a report, we may restrict service access or remove violating media. Payments and credits are handled under the refund policy; a moderation report does not automatically forfeit purchased credits.

Reports and appeals

Report prohibited content or request a review of a mistaken restriction at jackgao.dev@gmail.com. Include the relevant video or request ID and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or illegal media. Reports are reviewed manually; we may request further context and communicate the outcome. We do not promise a fixed response time.

Availability and changes

Generation depends on third-party systems and may be delayed or unavailable. We may change the available model, input limits, prices, credit rules, or provider configuration prospectively, with notice where required. The Refund Policy describes payment reversals and manual review cases.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will always be available, accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted. AI-generated media may contain mistakes or differ from your instructions; review it before sharing or relying on it.

Where applicable law allows, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These limitations do not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, restrict your statutory consumer rights, or override the refund policy.

Intellectual property and contact

The higgs-katana-ai name, interface, code, and original site materials belong to their respective owners. Higgsfield and Genjutsu names and marks belong to their respective owners. For support, contact jackgao.dev@gmail.com.
